InTension Bands

$35.00

Two bands per set, in three size options — Forme 1, 2 and 3. Each set has a medium tension and heavy tension.

Sizing:

Forme 1: 29” x 3” — Ideal for more petite builds or narrower hip widths. Also, smaller range of movements.

Forme 2: 33” x 3” — Our mid-range size, great for most clients and movements.

Forme 3: 42” x 3” — A longer loop for taller bodies or students who need more range before the band meets full tension. Great for large range of movement.

Traditional loop bands often force students into compensation — tucking, flaring, gripping — simply because the band length doesn’t match their proportions. InTension was designed to correct that. Each of our three sizes supports proper alignment, consistent tension, and clean form, allowing clients to work in their bodies instead of fighting the equipment.

The goal is simple — when the band matches the body, clients stabilize better, feel the right muscles sooner, and move more confidently. Instructors also spend less time “fixing” tension issues and more time cueing quality.
